There is still time for all Alberta schools to sign up for virtual sessions. There are over 35 virtual sessions for K-12 teachers and students.

Calgary EcoSchools certifications will be announced at the virtual opening ceremony on May 30 from 9:30-10:15 am. The Expo runs until June 3.

We want to connect with you and learn about the EcoSchools projects your schools have completed.

Elmwood Elementary was already an EcoSchool when they joined the program - all they had to do was write down what they were already doing.

Across all subjects and all grades, students are engaged in curiosity-based relationship with their environment, each other, and themselves, and participate in transformational learning experiences.

Alberta's environmental education community offers a rich array of resources and supports such as lesson plans, videos, on-line activities, field trips and classroom visits.
