Based in Lacombe County, Ellis Bird Farm provides field trip programs to schools in Central Alberta. 

Ellis Bird Farm Classic (K-6): Tailored to science curriculum, and may include Pond Dipping, Owls/Pellets, Bats, Feathers, Beavers and Insect Studies

Bird Nest Builders & Life Explorers (Gr. 3): Curriculum linked to Topic B: Building with a Variety of Materials & Topic E: Animal Life Cycles

Wonderful Waste & Plants a Plenty (Gr. 4): Topic A: Waste and Our World & Topic E: Plant Growth and Changes 

The Wonders of Wetlands (Gr.5):  Topic E: Wetland Ecosystems
